Determine the Text to Display

Write down the exact words, amounts, or discount percentages that need to appear on the banner.

Write down on paper or record the exact text, for example "50% OFF" and "TODAY ONLY", before writing the prompt.

Use uppercase letters or keep the numerical format as you want it to appear in the image.

Write the Prompt with Text in Quotation Marks

Place the text to display in quotation marks for Ideogram to render accurately.

Enter the prompt: "orange-red advertising banner, the text '50% OFF' large in the center, modern style, with an electronic product image".

Keep the quoted text concise, under 6 words for higher rendering accuracy.

Choose the Appropriate Aspect Ratio

Select the image format that matches where the banner will be posted.

In the settings before creating, choose a 1:1 ratio for square posts or 9:16 for a vertical story/banner.

Create both ratios at the same time if the banner will be used across multiple channels.

Use Magic Prompt If Additional Details Are Needed

Let Ideogram automatically expand a short prompt into a more detailed description when more context is needed.

Enable the Magic Prompt option before hitting Generate if your prompt is still simple, for the AI to add layout details.

Disable Magic Prompt when you have a detailed prompt and want to strictly control the output.

Download the Image and Post Directly

Select the most preferred version and download it for immediate use.

Click on the preferred image in the result grid, select Download the highest resolution available.

Check the spelling in the text on the image one last time before official posting.
