plasticbrain.vn is not charging yet — this page describes the payment policy we plan to run once paid plans launch, so you know what to expect ahead of time. It will be filled in fully before that happens.
plasticbrain.vn is early-stage and not charging yet. Membership access is currently granted manually after you submit a request from the Pricing page — see Terms of Use, "Membership and payment".
When paid plans officially launch, this page will list the payment methods, the process, and how payment errors are handled — at the same time that feature ships, not after.
When enabled, payments will be processed by Stripe — your card details go straight to Stripe, never through our servers. We only store whether an account has an active plan and its status (see also Privacy Policy, "Payments").
Our business registration details (legal entity name, tax code, contact address) are being finalized and will be published here before payments open to customers.
Refund and cancellation terms for paid plans will be published at the same time those plans launch, so you're not guessing before you pay.
We will update this page and the date at the top when this policy changes.
