Prepare Original Audio File

Export the raw audio file from the recording software or video call into a common format.

Export the recording file in high-quality WAV or MP3 format, at least 128kbps.

Do not compress the file too much before processing to avoid losing audio details that need to be restored.

Upload File to Adobe Podcast Enhance Speech

Access the web tool and upload the file to start upgrading the audio.

Visit podcast.adobe.com/enhance, drag and drop the audio file into the upload box.

Process shorter segments under 1 hour to reduce waiting time and make quality checks easier.

Compare Before and After Processing

Listen to the original audio segment and the processed segment to assess the level of improvement.

Use the 'before/after' toggle button in the interface to directly compare the two versions.

If the voice sounds a bit 'robotic' due to over-processing, try reducing the enhance level if the tool allows customization.

Download Processed File

Export the cleaned audio file to continue editing in the podcast editing software.

Click 'Download' to save the resulting file to your computer, naming it clearly to distinguish it from the original file.

Keep the original unprocessed file in case you need to reprocess with different settings.
