Input Topic and Initial Outline

Start a new workspace and briefly describe the topic and purpose of the presentation.

Click New Tome > Generate, type a description like 'Seed funding pitch deck for an edtech startup teaching English online' and let the AI create an outline.

The more specific the description (industry, audience, goals), the closer the AI-generated outline will be to your needs, reducing later edits.

Review and Rearrange the Story Flow

Review the structure of the pages suggested by the AI and reorder them according to the persuasive arguments for investors.

Drag and drop to change the order of the pages, delete unnecessary pages, or add new pages using the + Add Page button.

Maintain the standard flow: Problem → Solution → Market → Business Model → Team → Investment Proposal.

Refine Content for Each Page

Edit the text generated by the AI with your company's data and real-life examples.

Click directly on each text block to edit, or use the 'Rewrite' command for the AI to rephrase the paragraph according to specific requests.

Replace the generic data provided by the AI with your company's real data to increase credibility.

Replace Illustrative Images Appropriately

Change the automatically generated images by the AI to real photos or more accurate illustrations if necessary.

Click on the image, choose Regenerate to create a different image, or Upload to upload a real product photo.

Prefer using real product photos/screenshots on important pages like demo and growth data.

Share Interactive Link or Export File

Send the presentation as an interactive web link or export it as a PDF/PowerPoint based on the recipient's needs.

Click Share to get the online viewing link, or go to the Export menu to download as PDF/PPTX.

Use the interactive link when emailing to investors so they can view embedded videos/demos in the deck.
