Prepare Content Outline

Write the main sections needed in the pitch deck before entering them into Gamma.

List the sections: Problem, Solution, Market, Business Model, Team, Growth Metrics, Investment Call.

Keep each section to only 2-3 main points so the AI doesn’t cram too much text on one page.

Create New Presentation from Prompt

Enter the outline into Gamma for the AI to generate the initial set of slides.

Select Create New > Generate, paste the prepared outline or provide a brief description of the startup idea, choose the Presentation format.

Select the desired number of slides (e.g., 10-12 slides) so the AI allocates content appropriately and avoids being too lengthy.

Select Appropriate Brand Theme

Apply a visual interface that is consistent with the startup's brand identity.

Browse through the available themes, select a theme that closely matches the brand colors, or customize the colors manually.

Prioritize minimalist themes with few distracting details so investors can focus on the content and metrics.

Edit Each Content Card

Review and fine-tune the content and images for each slide.

Click on each card to edit the text, replace AI-generated images with real images of the product/team if available, add growth data charts.

Replace the sample illustrative data with the company's actual data before sending to investors.

Share or Publish Deck

Send the presentation to investors via link or exported file.

Click Share to get a direct presentation link, or Export to PDF/PowerPoint if the investor requests a file.

Double-check the exported PDF/PPT to ensure it retains the original formatting from Gamma before sending it out.
