Enable Reply Suggestions in Shopify Inbox

Speed up response time to customer messages with AI suggestions.

Go to Shopify Inbox, enable the auto-reply suggestion feature based on customer inquiries and order information.

Always read the suggestions before sending to ensure the order information is accurate for each specific customer.

Ask Sidekick for Quick Sales Information

Leverage the Sidekick assistant to quickly understand your business situation without manually filtering reports.

Open Sidekick, ask questions like 'Which product sold the most this week?' or 'How is today's revenue compared to last week?'

Use Sidekick for a quick daily overview, but still cross-reference important metrics with full Analytics reports.
