Prepare Source Photo Or Video

Choose a clear product photo or short video clip as input for the effects.

Select a clear subject photo/video with a simple background, upload directly in the Pika interface.

The more the subject stands out against the background, the more accurately and attractively the Pikaffects effects can be applied.

Select Appropriate Pikaffects Effect

Browse through the list of available effects and choose the one that fits the message you want to convey.

Go to the Pikaffects tab, select effects like Inflate, Explode, or Melt based on your creative idea.

Explode and Inflate effects usually generate the highest interactions for entertaining product content.

Refine Additional Prompt

Add a short description to provide further guidance for the effects if necessary.

Type a short description into the prompt box, for example, 'the product inflates then explodes with brand-colored confetti'.

Keep the prompt concise, focusing on one main action to avoid misinterpretation by the AI.

Create And Select Favorite Version

Run the video creation, preview a few versions to choose the one with the best and smoothest effects.

Click Generate, wait for processing to complete, then preview; recreate if the motion isn't as expected.

Create at least 2-3 versions as the results of the effects can vary significantly between runs with the same prompt.

Download And Publish

Download the finished video to your device and prepare a suitable caption before posting it on social media platforms.

Click Download to save the video without a watermark (if using a paid plan), then directly post it on TikTok/Instagram.

Post during peak hours of your target audience to maximize reach for the special effects content.
