Connect Each Client's Accounts

Link all social media channels of the clients to Hootsuite, organized into separate groups.

Go to My Profile > Social Networks, add each account, and tag by client name for easy differentiation.

Create a post approval flow before publishing for clients or senior management to review.

Go to Settings > Approval workflow, add approvers for each client group, and enable approval requests before posts are published.

Set a clear deadline for approval (e.g., 24 hours before posting) to avoid delays due to waiting for approval.

Monitor and Respond to Comments via Streams

Focus on monitoring mentions, comments, and messages from all client channels in one place.

Create individual Streams for each client by interaction type (Mentions, Comments, Messages) for easier tracking and responses.

Assign staff to monitor Streams per shift to ensure quick responses during business hours.

Export Monthly Analytics Reports

Compile the performance of each channel to send periodic reports to clients.

Go to Analytics, select the date range and the channels of a specific client, export the report as a PDF using the available template.

Customize the report with additional comments and improvement suggestions to increase professional value when sending to clients.
