Log In and Grant Access

Allow Operator to access the browser session to interact with the ordering portal.

Open Operator, enter the login credentials for the vendor portal, transfer control when prompted to enter username/password.

Always manually enter login information and password in takeover mode instead of letting Operator save sensitive information.

Describe the Detailed Order to Place

Provide a list of items and fixed quantities needed for each period.

Enter the request in the format: "Order 50 cases of ingredient A, 20 cases of ingredient B as per last week's order form".

Attach or clearly describe the previous sample order to help Operator fill in the correct column format on the form.

Monitor the Form Filling Process

Watch Operator fill out information on each step of the order form.

View the virtual browser window displaying actions, pause if you notice incorrect quantities or item codes being filled in.

Be sure to double-check the unit selection (cases, kg, pieces) as this is a common mistake when the agent auto-fills the form.

Transfer Payment Confirmation Rights

Manually confirm the payment step or send the final order for safety.

When Operator indicates readiness to send the order, switch to takeover mode to manually click confirm order.

Do not let Operator automatically complete the payment step without manual confirmation from an authorized individual.

Save the Process for Reuse

Document the steps and sample requests that have successfully run for future orders.

Save the used request content into internal process documentation, just adjust quantities for the next order.

Schedule reminders to run the task again on the same fixed day of the week to avoid missing the ordering cycle.
