Julius AI allows you to upload spreadsheets, CSV files, or databases and analyze them using natural language. It automatically generates charts, calculates statistics, and draws insights. Suitable for those with no coding knowledge who want to analyze data.
Upload Data File
Upload a CSV or Excel file containing the sales data to be analyzed.
Go to Julius AI, click on the file attachment icon, select the CSV/Excel order data file from your computer.
Use clear column names in the original file (e.g., "Revenue", "Sale_Date") so that Julius understands the meaning of each column accurately.
Ask the First Analysis Question
Ask Julius a specific question about trends or overall numbers you need to know.
Type a question like: "What is the total revenue for each month over the past 6 months, and draw a line chart to show the trend?"
Start with simple questions to verify that Julius reads the data correctly before asking more complex questions.
View Charts and Data Tables
Check the visual results created by Julius to ensure they reflect the original data accurately.
View the charts and data tables provided by Julius directly in the chat box, and quickly compare them with a few lines of the original data.
If the data seems incorrect, ask Julius again to clarify how it calculated the numbers, as it might be due to misunderstanding the column names.
Request Explanation for Trends or Anomalies
Dig deeper by asking about the reasons behind the numbers observed.
Follow up: "Why did revenue in July drop significantly compared to June? Were there any products that decreased the most?"
Ask Julius to analyze from different angles (product, region, sales channel) to get a more comprehensive view.
Create Simple Forecasts for the Next Period
Use historical data for Julius to estimate trends for the next month or quarter.
Ask: "Based on the trends from the past 6 months, what do you forecast the revenue for next month will be?" and see how Julius explains its calculations.
Consider this forecast as an initial reference, and do not use it as the sole basis for major business decisions.
Export Results for Reporting
Save the charts and data tables to present in reports or during team meetings.
Click on the chart, select the option to download the image or copy the data table and paste it directly into PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Reformat the chart colors according to the company brand guidelines before including them in the official presentation.

Pros
Cons
A small e-commerce company has a 6-month order data Excel file but no one on the team is proficient in pivot tables or complex formulas.
Problem
Wants to know which products sell well by season and which areas have high return rates but doesn't know how to extract insights from the large Excel file.
Solution
Upload the Excel file to Julius AI and ask direct questions in Vietnamese about sales trends, so the AI can create charts and analysis tables automatically.
A B2B sales team exports deal data from their CRM to a CSV file every month for reporting but lacks specialized analysis tools.
Problem
The sales manager wants to know which stage in the pipeline sees the highest drop-off of deals, but the CSV data is too raw to interpret directly.
Solution
Upload the CSV file exported from the CRM to Julius AI and directly inquire about the drop-off rates for each stage, asking the AI to explain potential causes.
