Check the visual results created by Julius to ensure they reflect the original data accurately.

View the charts and data tables provided by Julius directly in the chat box, and quickly compare them with a few lines of the original data.

If the data seems incorrect, ask Julius again to clarify how it calculated the numbers, as it might be due to misunderstanding the column names.

Request Explanation for Trends or Anomalies

Dig deeper by asking about the reasons behind the numbers observed.

Follow up: "Why did revenue in July drop significantly compared to June? Were there any products that decreased the most?"

Ask Julius to analyze from different angles (product, region, sales channel) to get a more comprehensive view.

Create Simple Forecasts for the Next Period

Use historical data for Julius to estimate trends for the next month or quarter.

Ask: "Based on the trends from the past 6 months, what do you forecast the revenue for next month will be?" and see how Julius explains its calculations.

Consider this forecast as an initial reference, and do not use it as the sole basis for major business decisions.

Export Results for Reporting

Save the charts and data tables to present in reports or during team meetings.

Click on the chart, select the option to download the image or copy the data table and paste it directly into PowerPoint/Google Slides.

Reformat the chart colors according to the company brand guidelines before including them in the official presentation.
