Prepare the Text Script

Write a clear script, dividing it into short sections that are easy to follow.

Draft the script in Google Docs, dividing it into 30-60 second segments corresponding to each part of the training content.

Write short sentences, avoid complex terminology so that the avatar reads naturally and the viewers understand easily.

Select Avatar and Voice

Choose an avatar that matches the brand style and the target audience.

Go to the Avatars section, select an available avatar or upload a short video of a real person to create a custom avatar.

If using a custom avatar, shoot the source video in a well-lit place, looking directly at the camera for at least 2 minutes.

Paste the Script and Create the Original Video

Enter the script into the selected avatar to create the original language video first.

Paste each segment of the script into the Script box, select the appropriate Vietnamese voice, and click Generate to create the video.

Listen to a short segment before creating the entire long video to check if the voice sounds natural.

Translate the Video into Other Languages

Use the Video Translate feature to create an automatic translation with matching lip sync.

Go to the Video Translate section, upload the original video, choose the target language (e.g., English or Khmer), and click Translate.

Check the translation with a native speaker before official release to avoid semantic discrepancies.

Export and Distribute the Video

Download the completed video or share a direct link with employees.

Go to the Projects section, select the completed video, and click Download or Share to send the online viewing link.

Save the videos in folders by language for easier management when updates are needed later.
