Create a new Project, add goals linked to the project, and set a due date.

Write project objectives in a measurable form so that AI can summarize progress more accurately.

Break Down into Tasks with Assigned Owners

Decompose large objectives into specific tasks with clear deadlines and assigned owners.

Use the AI suggestion "Break down this goal into tasks" or create tasks manually, assign responsibility, and set due dates for each task.

Ensure each task has only one primary owner to avoid confusion in responsibilities.

Enable Automated Status Updates

Activate the AI status update feature to automatically compile project progress.

Go to the Status Updates section of the project, select Generate with AI to create a progress summary based on current task data.

Edit the AI-generated summary text slightly before sending it to clients or superiors to fit the context.

Review Risk Alerts

Check tasks flagged by AI that are at risk of falling behind schedule.

Go to the Project Overview, review the list of tasks marked "At Risk" or "Off Track".
